Octonnect provides a widget service that allows you to display social media reviews and content on your website. Our Service enables you to connect your social media accounts, customize widget appearance, and embed widgets on your websites.

4. Subscription and Payments

Octonnect offers various subscription plans with different features and limitations. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which handles all billing, payments, taxes, and invoicing on our behalf. All prices are in USD (United States Dollars).

By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
  • Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to payment processing

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape, copy, or misuse our Service or content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to display false or misleading content

  • Facebook - Subject to Facebook's Terms of Service

We are not responsible for any third-party content, services, or websites. The content displayed through our widgets belongs to the respective platforms and content creators.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octonnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
